Purchased eyeglasses fm LensKart.com Order#1293624276 with option to submit any power later. Now their website does not accept power greater than -3.0. Their stores do not resolve the problem. Customer service says they will call back, but haven't. @Lenskartme Terrible

@shantiswarup4u @yamigautam Stringent laws already exist. Instead, written procedural rules for law enforcement departments and the Courts should be made and periodically revised to implement the existing laws. Speedy & timely justice delivery is most likely to reduce such incidents.
