Good to be part of the royal visit to the ALF today. Members did us proud in the pool by showing off their life guarding skills. Others found a voice for the reporters and interviewed like a pro. WELL DONE ALL 👏 👏👏

Well done to ALL who took part, Masters, Seniors & Juniors pulling together whilst cheering each other on. Overall & top Senior team, runners up in the Masters & Junior event. The result was fantastic,the way you all enjoyed going about it was even better. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
