The agent gets the shop goal, current store state, brand images, competitor notes, and examples of what the final product should look like. So instead of treating every prompt like a fresh chat, Hermes can keep the store context in memory and help decide what to do next. The stack is simple: SQLite for store and research data Cloudinary for image storage Gemini for image generation Telegram for chatting with the agent Hermes as the daily operator That turns the Etsy workflow into a loop: 1. Find a niche with visible demand 2. Save the listings and keyword patterns 3. Turn research into product directions 4. Keep brand assets and product context in one place 5. Ask Hermes for the next move each day 6. Prototype digital products fast enough to test what sells The creator says this helped him earn thousands of extra dollars. I would treat that as a video claim, not audited proof. But the mechanism is the part worth stealing. AI gets much more useful when it is connected to store memory, competitor data, product assets, and a daily decision loop. Most sellers use AI like a one-off prompt box. This turns it into a small operating system for testing demand and staying focused on the next experiment. The caveat is obvious: Hermes will not magically pick winners.
