We're not banning this company. We're just telling the people who own this extremely valuable company that if they don't sell it within 6 months, we will not allow any Americans to access it or they will go to prison. That's not a ban

We have other great company, like Instagram. Please do not look into their parent company's owners opinions on content moderation. Please do not look into what they are currently doing to pro-Palestinian accounts. Please do not look into my most recent stock trades
@LolOverruled Correct. They aren’t banning it now. They’re waiting until the company doesn’t sell it.
@LolOverruled Imagine if the Chinese govt suddenly announced that Boeing would have to sell and transfer all its technology to a Chinese company because it had become a national security and safety threat for Chinese passengers due to all the issues recently. Americans would lose their mind.
@LolOverruled They're "not banning it", but who could even buy another company that large without running into issues with US anti-trust and monopoly laws? Seems like a roundabout way of banning it due to an inability to actually buy it
@LolOverruled Absolutely fuckin wild that i had to deal with a self proclaimed capitalist saying this is a good thing because China owns it. It's always just racism. Without any actual reason for it, instantly just go to racism.
@LolOverruled Tiktok, owned by the CCP, is not allowed in China, also owned by the CCP.
@LolOverruled Considerimg Nacy Pelosi's vigorous advocacy for this, sounds like a play 📈
