@TicketmasterCS the tickets showing on my account aren’t the same as the ones I originally purchased? And the event is tomorrow. I messaged on the website and I’ve been ignored 🙁

@RenaissanceWT please can someone tell me how much of the concert Bey spends at the club renaissance stage? I’ve got golden circle tickets and I’m now worried I’m going miss a lot of it 😫

@KayleeCowper @TicketmasterCS They’ve now told me my sale was dropped because my buyer can’t provide a local address. But I don’t understand why you have been issued an E ticket and my buyer can’t? I’ve now lost my money and it’s going to be impossible to sell now as the event is tomorrow.

@TicketmasterCS 17021970 - ticket number? TM have now admitted that my sale was dropped yesterday because the buyer couldn’t provide a local address. Why can’t a E-ticket be issued? I don’t understand how it’s fair I loose my sale 2 days before the event due to no fault of my own

@TicketmasterCS I sold my tickets through re-sale for @WirelessFest. My buyer had an international address, you told me not to post & to contract you for Uk address. After several times of asking you failed to provide me the address and have now cancelled, how is this fair?

@TicketmasterCS This has been going on for over 1 week, I can’t believe how difficult it is to speak to anyone from ticket master. This has been so stressful, what happens if I don’t receive a reply in time? I can’t post the tickets? Will I still get paid for this?

@nextofficial ordered some champagne flutes next day delivery as I needed them for gift. Both are completely smashed 😢 no bubble wrap just in a box, no wonder they have broken
