La France se redresse perpétuellement in extremis non pas parce qu’il y aurait une force invisible derrière cela. C’est parce qu’elle porte en son sein une capacité à produire, à louer et à récompenser des monstres de volonté qui piétinent tout sur leur passage.

Non, j'ai longtemps eu cette analyse, mais c'est faux. C'est la droite française qui a cucké et niqué le pays. Certes, l'élection de Mitterrand fut une catastrophe, mais il se prend la réalité dans la gueule très vite (en réalité, dès 1982, et c'est acté officiellement en 1983). Ensuite, la droite reprend la main en 1986 et là, c'est Chirac et le RPR qui ont l'occasion de faire une vraie virée à droite. Le RPR de l'époque était bien plus à droite que le RN d'aujourd'hui. Ils ne l'ont pas fait à la hauteur de l'enjeu par manque de courage politique, mais aussi à cause du talent de Mitterrand, qui a su s'appuyer sur les médias, les associations et tout un réseau de relais culturels pour imposer sa vision et gagner la bataille des idées. Le lavage de cerveau était surpuissant à l'époque. Si vous vous replongez dans cette période, c'est frappant. MAIS, tout de même, j'en veux avant tout à la droite. La droite française se caractérise par une lâcheté dingue et un complexe d'infériorité par rapport à la gauche, qui finit par la faire céder sur tout.
