@rgetty9 converting on the bsc network involves using the official migration tool and manual migrating, if you have any specific issue you can relay to us via dm and the team will provide adequate support, alright?

@PalSzabolcs7 What you can do is , go to the deposit page and confirm if the token appears to know whether it’s active and not suspended , if you tell me what you’re trying to do exactly, I’d be able to guide you appropriately.

Hello @PalSzabolcs7 It’s not necessarily an issue with the price , you have to confirm you’re using the correct network, sometimes deposit and withdrawals may be temporary paused due to the fact that it’s a newer chain.

@Urazaef If you have your tokens on your cold wallet, that’s great, you’d only need to use the bridge manually to burn them to the new tokens, alright?

Hello @magic9_9_9 If your solo was in your Xum wallet, the tokens are probably still on there, you can manually reclaim by using the bridge, we’d be happy to walk you the step by step process.

hello @DFCastro33 To receive your T X, You need to prepare your wallet correctly before using the bridge, you need your coreumaddress (from leap) this is where your tokens will be minted and sent to.

Hello @duarter999 if your swap hasn’t arrived after a couple hours , this could be as a result of a number of things, confirm the transaction status on the bridge , if there’s a transaction hash(TXID) Provide it and we’ll be able to provide a more tailored response.
