@rogcastbaseball Do you see McGonigle as a SS in the big leagues longer term? Feel that’s a pretty key decision point in roster building.

@deeptocenter Would be crazy not to. Obvious upside of the pick if he declines. If he accepts, he plays 2B and Colt plays 3B, with Lee/Jung in the wings. Even if you land Bregman, can give the prospects another year in Toledo and mix & match Keith at DH.

@IYKbaseball @bythewaybro And that would be an excellent way to extract value at the cost of only $$$. It would make fans happy, address the bullpen needs, minimize prospect cost and insulate SP while there are injuries. Make it happen, Scott.

It’s time to celebrate all the good you did on McHappy Day! Thank you for helping countless families with sick children stay together, at RMHC across Canada.

@buschyRWR Totally, just looks absolutely gassed. Four Nations will do that to you, guy needs a break.

@RyanHanaWWP I’m still mad about the buzzer halfway thru OT when Zetterberg was heading in for a breakaway.

@KeaganStiefel Absolute unforced error not to have another look. Snapped the punt with 24 seconds on the play clock, make it make sense.

@tkyles39 Trying to do too much in the limited chances he’s given. AVP’s play calling has zero feel to allow Drake to get into a rhythm.

@TigersJUK Just below Beau Brieske and Sean Guenther on the pecking order.

@daysofroarpod Probably close to zero chance they send him in division but I would definitely place the call.

@TigersJUK It’s not that bad when they go on sale, as far as I remember they still use the antiquated waiting room technology. But as a reminder the wild card games will all be on the road (probably in Houston) so would need to make the ALDS, hypothetically.

@daysofroarpod @tigers He’ll get a minimum of the Chapman guarantee 6/$151M and be a year younger when he signs it. So pick your AAV between $25-30M, guessing it’ll cost a bit more to get him to Detroit over an east coast team. Slightly lower AAV is fine with me but would prefer a shorter term.
