@SantanderBankUS I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. This is now the 4th week I have been communicating with Santander, and despite repeated assurances that someone is helping, I still do not have a resolution. I need this escalated to a senior customer relations representative or case manager today. Four weeks of transfers, promises, and no resolution is unacceptable.
@SantanderBankUS might be running a scam. I urgently need help from a senior customer-relations leader. For three weeks, I have been transferred between departments while trying to obtain the historical payment records for my former Sovereign Bank mortgage. I need a case manager and a clear path to resolution—not another transfer
