When you start moving, your body gets warmer and water is released in the form of sweat. Drinking water is the best way to get back what you lose. Adding fruit like strawberries, raspberries, lemons, limes, pineapple, and more can make water more fun to drink.
Are you planning to grow an herb garden this year? One small change you can make to reduce the risk or manage heart disease is to season foods with herbs and spices versus salty mix packets or unhealthy sauces.
