One month after expelled former Rep George Santos appeared on House floor for Pres. Biden's State of the Union address, his former GOP colleague (Rep. D'Esposito) introduces resolution to strip expelled Members of floor privileges, access to "House document room" & parking ===>
@MacFarlaneNews They all should be stripped of pensions too. We citizens must work 20 years and if fortune we receive a pension. The only have to work 4 years in the House and 6 years in the Senate. This is entirely WRONG.
@MacFarlaneNews It was never necessary before that escalator ride.
@MacFarlaneNews I hope it passes, an expelled member should be denied privileges.
@MacFarlaneNews @MuellerSheWrote Its 2024 and WE ARE JUST NOW ADDRESSING EXPELLED MEMBERS OF CONGRESS HAVING ACCESS TO THE DOCUMENT ROOM?????
@MacFarlaneNews @MuellerSheWrote Add one more thing that republicans have required to be addressed: expelled congressional members. #VoteBlueForSoManyReasons
@MacFarlaneNews Great, hope the resolution passes. Santos was expelled for serious violations, he didn't retire and he does not deserve any privileges.
@MacFarlaneNews It is shocking that such an order would not have been SOP.
@MacFarlaneNews Shocked that expelled representatives have any access to anything.
