In the last few hours there were some problems with the Mailtrack Campaigns feature. The problems have been fixed and all services are working normally again.

The fixed extension 9.142.0 has finally been delivered. All Mailtrack services are working normally. Please, refresh your Gmail tab if your extension has not been updated yet.

Due to changes in email, email tracking may not be working and grey checks may be showing in Gmail. The problem has already been fixed and the update is being distributed and hopefully in few hours the problem will no longer occur

We've fixed an issue that was delaying the delivery of information about tracked emails and links. No tracking information has been lost. If you're still experiencing it, your tracking information will be showing properly in the next hours.

Some of our users have been experiencing problems since 11:30am UTC. Mailtrack is taking longer to show information about tracked emails and links. No tracking information has been lost. We’re working on this issue and will keep you updated.

Mailtrack's Chrome extension has been recently updated after we received a few reports on difficulties with Gmail. All of our services are now working normally.

Chrome launched a new version (72.0.3626.119) that fixes the bug that caused the false opens in Mailtrack. In order to get your Chrome updated, simply close and open it again.

Update: We have made some improvements to prevent false opens. The manual fix is not necessary anymore. Chrome announced that will fix the bug during this week.

Today some Mailtrack users experienced problems. Emails were opened right after being sent. The problem was caused by changes in Gmail. We just released a fix. In case you were affected, please, refresh your Gmail tab to get the fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.
