Attached are the questions asked to 400 potential jurors in Latah County by #BryanKohberger's defense team. Of course, the expert almost cried, and of course, Taylor denied knowing what questions were asked. Why? Some of the questions mentioned False information. Case in point, #8. "Have you read, seen, or heard that #BryanKohberger stalked one of the victims?" The PCA specifically outlined 12 visits to Moscow by BK but did not say that a particular person was stalked. Thus, this was a false assertion that was asked to potential jurors. 400 people were asked this question. Then, they likely spoke to others about the survey. The proliferation of the false information would have been spread among jury pool candidates. Were one or more of these victims "stalked"? It would seem that the intended target(s)/home were under surveillance by BK, but no where in the PCA does it state that BK "stalked one person." The question was very specific pointing to one person being stalked and Thompson said that's not true. The jury will get to make their own conclusions about BK's trips to Moscow and whether he had one person in his sights or not. But that's not a proven fact and yet, it was made part of the questionnaire. We will see if Judge Judge sees this as a problem. What do you think? #Idaho4
@CoffindafferFBI Jennifer, these questions were posed based on what is out in the media. The stalking came from the media, several media outlets. Stalking and incel were a hot topic for a very long time
@Nicoleferr73 @CoffindafferFBI They are still a hot topic. Most of the "followers" of this case haven't a care in the world about the information in the hearings or the facts.
