Went to bank branch at Noida sector 34 and talked with Mr. Vikas and Ms. Prachi saretha but they said we can only sent mail because this is not from our branch..which means 0 customer service..Just doing formalities....fucked up..9891812700#yesbank

Sales people misguided in order to fufil there target and have given me wrong knowledge about the product I have already informed that I cannot give any address proof then the sales executive said no problem it's not required and now they blocked my account #yesbank

Have an account with this bank however they have blocked my account saying that your account is under no debit situation and you cannot withdraw your money. Asked them to resolve then they said we cannot help.#yesbank

Instance - Mis communicate the customer, do not know the meaning of Customer service, poor customer handling skills, all employees works like they are working in a government bank, when any customer visit there branch neither they ask for water neither they ask to sit. #yesbank
