I live in an upstairs apartment, and exactly one year ago, I had a single mouse running around stealing bits of food and the like left behind or dropped under the fridge after I spilled some dry cereal. He roamed for about a week until I found a wild king snake under my bed...

I added a kind of goblins to my campaign that are similar to bats, but with pudgy skin and after really liking the idea and living with it for like two weeks, it finally hit me... I just turned Sphynx cats into goblins.

Question to my fellow GMs out there: If ask for a dex save vs lethal trap with a difficulty of say, 15, and the party member rolls a 14 or 13, what do you do? In my game his leg got skewered and they were seriously injured and had to be healed, but what about you guys?
