Had an enjoyable day out today whilst taking in @RetfordUnited 4-1 @BottesfordTown. The visitors took the lead before the hosts stormed back. The red card late in the first half killed the game as a contest, but the better side won out, regardless. #groundhopper #groundhopping

Got quite the "Cupset" today down at Broadhurst Park, as former "#FACup Proper" rounders @FCUnitedMcr lost out 0-1 to neighbours @ChaddertonFC. A tight game settled by a moment of magic, with a goal from his own half by a Chaddy player. #groundhopper #groundhopping

Making a return visit to Broadhurst Park today after some nine years, for the local #FACup derby clash between @FCUnitedMcr and @ChaddertonFC. Nothing jumped out at a good price elsewhere and this was an attractive game as is.

Had a decent day out today at @Greenfieldfc 1-2 @cpdyfelinheli in the Cymru Amateur Trophy. A nice ground saw a tight contest settled by a late winner. Also, best wishes to the home player who picked up a nasty injury rather innocuously. #groundhopper #groundhopping

Had an enjoyable day out in Thorne today, whilst taking in @clubthornecoll 1-4 @Horbury_TownFC in the #FAVase. Horbury were always pretty comfortable, but a couple of superb strikes from either side lit the game up. Top ground, though! #groundhopper #groundhopping
