@NHSCOVID19app all my lateral flow test have been negative. I've had a PCR test which was positive and one that was negative the next day. What is going on? Why do I have to isolate for 10 days with just because of a false lab result?

@AskVirginMoney I'm still being told that it can't be done. What is going on. I've even spoken to the card I transferred the money too. They have said none of their process have changed. Nothing. What other way can this be resolved? I'm losing patience.

@VirginMoney The Virgin Atlantic CC Customer service is the worst. Virgin charged me money for taking my own money. Will be closing all my Virgin accounts as a result.

@AskVirginMoney Revolut has informed me that they did not take the funds as a cash withdrawal too, so someone is lying to me. Or maybe the rude Virgin Atlantic CS representative just didn't want to help.
