The Federal Reserve is planning on raising rates by .25% a few times this year to hit their 2.00% target. This means it could be beneficial to purchase a home while rates are low. Conversely, rate hikes could lower demand which should limit growth in home values. #RealEstate

Building Blocks II: #Bitcoin Hash Rate Bitcoin’s Hash Rate took a huge dip in Q2 this year because China decided to crack down on Bitcoin mining. Miners were forced to relocate which strengthened the network as it became more decentralized. Miners are moving to the West!
