@AskAmex this is happening! We are unable to get an answer. We have waited 5 months so far. Today we were told to wait one more month until there is an "investigation". We surpassed the spending the first 2 months after we open/paid for the the card.
Hey, @AmericanExpress your hilton aspire card, has some of the slowest customer service policies. Haven't gotten my welcome bonus 5 months later, and they say it'll be up to another month while they do an investigation. This card is not cheap, to have this kind of "service"

I don’t want to hear anyone blame this on mental illness, for example. There are hundreds of millions of people with mental illness who don’t go shooting innocent people at a parade.
