@harrogatebus Last nights number 3 drove past everyone at royal hall. They had not changed the number to 3. It still said 2 12 pretty angry people

@harrogatebus 8 people waiting for the 3 at royal hall the bus still had 2 on done walked out and he drove past without stopping. Train your drivers to change numbers and at stop Your bus company is a joke

@northernassist They have also known it’s been broken for over 6 weeks but don’t give a toss

@northernassist If you need a train and your phones dead and the ticket machine in knaresborough is broke…..has been for a month by the way…..then they fine you £50 for no ticket after showing them and telling them the machines isn’t working. Yet they are still rude.

@harrogatebus yet again the 17.37 3 from royal hall to jennyfield didn’t turn up yet was showing on the tracker. 2 family’s with 4 kids each stood waiting yet you’ll just think a day of free travel is acceptable as usual. Sort it out as the service is as bad as your new app.

@harrogatebus yet again another jennyfield bus not arrived and a 40 minute wait for the next one. Always the bus people need for work cancelled as usual. Every week this happens Shocking service
