@JackGeorgesInc I love my bag, which has been complemented dozens of times by TSA agents, who have seen them all. The leather outlasted the strap hardware though. How can I get a replacement?

@united So, 23 min ATC delay; nearly 3 hour delay for unexplained reasons.

@united Sure. After announcing 4 hr delay, it was flight back on reg schedule at 7:02! Great news. Then, delayed to 7:23 due to ATC. Then 8:23, b/c waiting on crew, will be here in 5 mins. Pilots arrive. Then 9:23, waiting on attendants, be just a few minutes. Now 10:10. No one here.

@united can you confirm the departure time for UA83 Delhi to Newark? I’ve received conflicting texts and the app isn’t showing correct flights (Delhi to Montreal instead of Newark).
