🚨 ENVIRONMENTALISTS' CONCERNS VINDICATED AFTER THEIR RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED AS PIPELINE EXPLODES After public officials denied the requests of Native American tribes to protect the land by declining the pipeline, it predictably ruptured as most do and created a fire spreading nearly 10 hectares across Alberta. Environmentalists there say their rights were violated for trying to defend the land preceding the pipeline's construction, as they were previously arrested and criminalized. The company responsible for the accident, TC Energy, says the fire is now contained. The Canada Energy Regulator said it would send inspectors to the area to monitor and oversee the company's response and determine the impact. Sources: SongStress28, Reuters
@MarioNawfal It's time for the Native American tribes to stand up. Israel managed to get the land of their ancestors back, after it was stolen from them 3000 years ago, according to their Bible. Think about it twice. This is also hope for the Celtic folks to repair Rome invasion.
@MarioNawfal The nice thing about this the investigation will tell us everything. Metal tells a story. It records everything that happens to it. Manufacturer defect Bad weld Vandalism It’s not hard to find answers when inspecting metal. They will inspect upstream and downstream as well.
Probably the reason they put the pipeline in in the first place, but I won't go there. The indigenous people have been protesting this for many moons. Not only are their lands invaded illegally, they build roads over their sacred burial grounds, and imprison innocent men, like Leonard Peltier. "When the last tree has been cut down, the last fish caught, the last river poisoned, only then will we realize that one cannot eat money."
@MarioNawfal This doesn't make sense to me, how do we have so many wild fires? Something shady is going on
@MarioNawfal This incident highlights the ongoing tension between environmental concerns and industrial development, underscoring the need for careful consideration and regulation in such projects.
