@Peteypabs160 @grimgrey9nd @Tofufisch @gfhcdrhvxr81575 @godspeed_aflame We were mid conversation actually, that wasn’t the thing that made her reach out.

@CodaLeviathan @DiscussKing @timeTunnelRun @godspeed_aflame Exactly. If she wanted to flirt a better way would have been “I saw someone who looked just like you, I’m thinking about you so much I’m seeing you everywhere 😉” or something along those lines

@yungprezzo @godspeed_aflame The point was why are you telling me this? She wanted to make me feel jealous and insecure. So I gave her the opposite of the response she wanted.

@MarvelousMrToad @godspeed_aflame Not really, she previously told me she prefers taller guys and that I wasn’t her usual type. She routinely tried to make me feel bad about my height. At this point I was just fed up with it. The only embarrassing thing is that I didn’t cut her loose sooner.

@ACenterforAntz @gfhcdrhvxr81575 @Tofufisch @Peteypabs160 @godspeed_aflame She repeatedly tried to make me feel insecure because she was very insecure herself. The most insecure woman I’ve ever dated. This was me telling her I was sick of it and to fuck off.

@gfhcdrhvxr81575 @ACenterforAntz @Tofufisch @Peteypabs160 @godspeed_aflame Exactly. I find it so weird how many people think “being secure” means tolerating blatant disrespect.

@punished_tx Maybe. Either way I don’t want to be with someone who flirts like an 8th grader.

@Peteypabs160 @Tofufisch @gfhcdrhvxr81575 @godspeed_aflame Height is the #1 physical factor women have when it comes to finding men attractive. To act like mentioning height is insignificant is willfully ignorant.

@Tofufisch @gfhcdrhvxr81575 @godspeed_aflame Imagine I text my girlfriend “I saw a girl who looked just like you but with bigger tits” then call her insecure about her boobs when she doesn’t appreciate my comment I swear women can’t really be this dense

@Tofufisch @godspeed_aflame To tell her to move on if she’s not satisfied with me. That I don’t care for her trying to poke at my insecurities and make me jealous. That I’m willing to drop her.

This is so interesting to me because I had a girl friend of mine say the same thing. I don’t think this is at all what men think when they hear the word “safety”. Men think that means they won’t physically harm your or use you emotionally. For women those don’t matter, in fact they may find it exciting, which explains the bad boy trope. To women “safety” just means safety of reputation, that they won’t be slut shamed.

In my experience women who do this are usually very insecure and they alleviate that self-consciousness by “joking” about your insecurities. It’s thinly veiled and can easily be played off as “just teasing” but it’s always deeper than that, I promise you. Just like a friend “joking” that you should date. It’s not a joke. Deep down they mean what they’re saying.

Nah I’ve gotten blackout drunk probably 20-30 times in my life. I was a heavy drinker in college. The thing about being blackout drunk is it doesn’t automatically equal impairment. It just means the alcohol is preventing your brain from creating memories. You can still be conscious and alert. I once accidentally blacked out at a casino with friends, proceeded to play an entire hour long blackjack session with perfect strategy, yet I didn’t remember a damn thing. My friends had no idea I was that drunk.

Sunny Hostin, a former sex crimes prosecutor, actually defends the Cornell 7. She argues that under New York State law, the girl consented and that the media is "reporting this story inaccurately. I think they're reporting it unfairly." "The pictures of these young men who have not been charged, not been adjudicated are being plastered all over the internet," she decried.
