@ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!

@AXS_UK avoid this company at all costs! Been waiting for a refund for 2 years. Recently provided my driving licence at their request and heard nothing since. Happy to charge you but fail to refund you!

@AXS_UK AXS has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any company. Waiting for a refund for over 2 years and can’t get assistance! Useless

Shocking site with no proper checks and which accepts unsubstantiated claims from disgruntled tenants. Totally open to abuse!

@British_Airways More dreadful service from British Airways after waiting almost an hour on the phone. Just appalling but what I’ve come to expect!

@HotpointUK worse customer service experience ever. 4 visits, poor advice and no repair of an 18 month old fridge freezer. Incredibly disappointed

@EdwardJDavey Pathetic view of Dominic Raab's comment about taking the Knee. Are you trying to eradicate freedom of thought!

@DominicRaab Disgusting the way the BBC is trying to whip up a personal opinion in such a negative way. We'll have the thought police next!

@CheapTickets Tried to get help here in the UK numerous times but no joy. Just been on hold by phone for over an hour. Not even a customer service e mail address available. Terrible service.

@Barclays so Barclays are here to help during the Coronavirus crisis. They seem to offer mortgage repayment holidays for residential customers. If you don't help Landlords in the same way, they will lose their houses and therefore tenants will lose their homes! Not sensible.
