Tough question… can I instead list what Rashford DOESN’T offer? 1. He doesn’t press 2. He doesn’t track back 3. He doesn’t create for the striker 4. He doesn’t make the right decision 90% of the time 5. He doesn’t win aerial duels 6. He doesn’t get into duels 7. He doesn’t score headers 8. He doesn’t score with his left foot 9. He doesn’t cross the ball 10. He doesn’t claim long balls 11. He doesn’t hold the ball 12. He doesn’t win second balls 13. He doesn’t help in the build up 14. He doesn’t play with his back towards the goal 15. He doesn’t have the right work rate Did I forget something? 🤔
@MartienBall he's the only player that can put a ball in the back of the net tbf
@MartienBall Half of these are a lie or ignoring the fact that he does other things to exclude them from being a thing, and a quarter of these are mostly because it's fairly obvious he has a long-standing patellar injury.
These aren't even true: 1. He does press 2. He does track back 3. Not his job 4. Wrong if he always made the wrong decision he wouldn't have multiple 15+ goal season 5. He's not great in the air but again not the job of a winger to win aerial duels 6. Just straight up false 7. He has scored headers and what winger scores headers? 8. So? A goal's a goal 9. Again not his job 10. Not his job 11. Not his job 12. Nitpicky and random but he's not a midfielder so also not his job 13. He was the buildup vs Arsenal as he scored our only goal and that's also mostly the job of the midfield 14. Striker's job not his 15. Just not true he does have work rate otherwise he wouldn't score like he does Stop trying to complain about one of the only things right with this club
@MartienBall 16. He doesn’t dribble well if he has players in front of him. 9 times out of 10 he’s running straight into them
@MartienBall Every big game he does is to his own glory. Selfish should never play for #MUFC
@MartienBall Rashford could avoid the third goal Of arsenal. But he decided to Shift away from the ball and allow the player to run with the ball for free.
@MartienBall All true.... especially when compared with other wingers/strikers eg, Saka, Salah, Martinelli, City, Liverpool, Newcastle etc strikers, they all play from back to front & front to back. Rashford & Sancho can be bothered.
@MartienBall You actually watched any games since 2021-22 season???
