@RobHarris @SkyNews He says "there's cross-party consensus for an independent regulator" and backs its introduction. All the major parties back the Bill. That's quite far removed from the PL's position as they clearly don't want a regulator.

For me it’s about stopping the slide, if we don’t stop this, the youth concessions are next. I’m also very keen to prove that out fans do mobilise, sometimes

Exactly this. Pitching one demographic against another is a ruse - don't fall for it.
I see people asking ‘what about younger fans?’ when we say @SaveOurSenior66. About 10 years ago, the Trust got the age cut off up from 16 to 18. Abt 6 years ago it got a Young Adult category for 18-21 yo. So that battle has been fought, but if they axe seniors, YA are next.

During lockdown clubs and broadcasters were falling over themselves to say how much they missed fans. 17 out of 20 PL clubs put their prices up this season. Next season we are likely looking at a full hit. Concessions are being scrapped at some clubs and the away ticket price…

That would mean they could continue to give concessions and cancel the increase!! As we all know, it’s just greed!
