@LewisHowes 100% Lewis. For leaders, recognising the importance of balance and wellbeing helps create a healthier, more sustainable approach to work and life. Sometimes, doing something purely for the enjoyment of it is enough!

@ValaAfshar Totally, Vala. For leaders, respect, empathy & integrity are essential to building trust and meaningful relationships. True leadership is demonstrated not just through what we achieve, but through the way we treat people (particularly when there is nothing to gain in return!).

@russellbrunson Well put, Russell. In my experience, success rarely comes from one decisive moment. Rather, it’s built through consistent effort, a willingness to learn and the determination to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow!

@readswithravi Oh yes! Developing a balanced perspective means considering what could go well, recognising opportunities and giving ourselves permission to imagine positive outcomes. Optimism and realistic thinking can always work together!

@wealth_director 100% True confidence isn’t about being unwilling to listen or change our minds. It’s about having the self-awareness and judgement to consider different perspectives while remaining true to our principles.

@RyanHoliday Excellent! For leaders, recognising that we don’t have all the answers demonstrates humility and self-awareness. Surrounding ourselves with different perspectives, asking questions and listening with curiosity can challenge our assumptions and help us become more effective.

You don’t need to switch technology off. You need to decide when it works for you. My latest LinkedIn article explores how to take back control of digital demands: dsh.re/0f020. Mary Leonard Executive Coach #Leadership #TechnologyManagement #MaryLeonard

@readswithravi 100% Self-awareness and honesty with ourselves are essential for meaningful growth. It can be uncomfortable to acknowledge our limitations, mistakes or the things we need to change, but avoiding them rarely helps us move forward.

@SahilBloom Absolutely. Integrity is often demonstrated in the moments when the person concerned isn’t there to hear what we say.

@LewisHowes Oh yes. Resilience isn’t about never struggling or having all the answers. It’s about finding ways to keep moving, even when the path ahead is uncertain. Sometimes showing up means taking a small step, asking for support or giving ourselves the space to reflect and regroup!

@sharran Oh yes. For leaders, the ability to identify priorities and focus energy where it will have the greatest impact is particularly valuable. Success often comes not from doing more, but from being clear about what deserves our time, effort and commitment!

@stijnnoorman Indeed. Good leaders don’t simply pass complexity on to others. They take the time to understand it, identify what is important and communicate it in a way that enables people to act. Simplicity often requires considerable thought!

@readswithravi What matters is not to see discomfort as a sign of failure. With patience, reflection and a willingness to keep trying, those difficult moments can become valuable opportunities for growth. Learning often requires us to be comfortable with not having all the answers!

Good technology should reduce friction, not create more demand. So how do you decide which tools genuinely add value to your working day? Mary Leonard Executive Coach #Leadership #TechnologyManagement #ProfessionalEffectiveness #MaryLeonard

Only 10% of people surveyed say they feel fully in control of the technology they use, according to Forbes: dsh.re/d9e22. Technology should reduce cognitive load, not increase it! Mary Leonard Executive Coach #Leadership #TechnologyManagement #MaryLeonard

@Codie_Sanchez 💯 Action creates information, though we can spend a great deal of time trying to anticipate every possible outcome. Some things can only be learned by taking the first step, however! Mistakes are always part of the learning process.

@Tim_Denning Absolutely. Fear of embarrassment can keep us playing it safe when what we really need is the willingness to try! We won’t always get it right, but taking thoughtful risks, learning from experience and continuing to move forward is important.

@ValaAfshar This is a valuable reminder that emotional control is not about suppressing how we feel! Rather, it is about creating enough space between the emotion & our response to choose how we want to behave. Staying calm, respectful and honest when we’re frustrated is always a good idea!

@ValaAfshar Both praise and criticism can distort our perspective when we give them too much weight. Staying grounded allows us to take feedback seriously without allowing it to define us! Calmness isn’t about being unaffected; it is about creating space to reflect, adjust and advance.

@RobertGreene Our attention is such a limited resource! We can expend energy worrying about circumstances we cannot change, while overlooking the things where our actions make a difference. For leaders, focusing on what we can influence means using those resources to create real progress!
