Study this picture. This is what happens when you don't have teams that can do -all- the work necessary to get an idea into the customer's hands. IME, every time you split the work, you suffer. It's the whole system that matters, not the "performance" of individuals or teams.

.@PrometheusIO v2.39.0-rc.0 cut the memory usage of our biggest Prometheus pair by half 🥳. Kudos to @bboreham for adding a bunch of optimisations! If there are no issues in this rc, the final releaes goes out tomorrow 👀

The Uber hack is quite severe and wide ranging. Wishing their blue teams the best of luck and love during this understandably difficult period. Some thoughts & observations based on what we've seen so far 👉 1/N

Set your router DNS to 1.1.1.3 or 1.0.0.3 for Malware and Adult Content Blocking! Use .2 if you want to block malware only 😉 - thanks @cloudflare! https://1.1.1.1/family/

“This is the worst cloud vulnerability you can imagine. It is a long-lasting secret,” Luttwak told Reuters. “This is the central database of Azure, and we were able to get access to any customer database that we wanted.”
