@fluorinespark @gailcweiner Same issue — docs and wikis never stayed synced with the draft. Fixed it by making the story bible the source the chapters are written and checked against. Built a tool around that (Book Factory, beta). Happy to share the structure if useful.
@UseifMagdi That's a great one. I ended up baking something similar into my pipeline: each chapter gets a "what changes" line in the outline, and the editorial pass flags chapters where nothing did. Empty promises really are where books die.
