Ukraine is not our country and not our problem. Anyone who would risk a war with Russia for the sake of some random country 6000 miles away is a fool or a psychopath or both. Move to Ukraine and enlist in the army if you care so much. Our sons don't need to die for this bullshit.
@MattWalshBlog I'm old enough to remember when you were all in I'm invading Iraq in Afghanistan, and staying in both of them for a long as it took.
@MattWalshBlog History has shown that isolationism and appeasement are not great strategies.
@MattWalshBlog Nobody wants war, but American passivity vis-a-vis Russian aggression in Europe means end of NATO. Do you really want this?
@MattWalshBlog Since your twitter profile says you are a "theocratic fascist" and you don't believe in the value of democracy I recommend people ignore your viewpoint as un-American.
@MattWalshBlog Great message for the tens of thousands of Americans residing there I get the non-interventionalist argument, but making this a black-and-white issue is sophomoric
@MattWalshBlog #Ukraine is not a random country! It is a #democracy with 44m people. Today Ukraine, tomorrow #Georgia & the day after? It is not for Russia to decide whether Ukraine joins @NATO it is for voting Ukrainians. 🇬🇧🇺🇸should stand up for ANY #democracy
@MattWalshBlog "some random country 6000 miles away..." - reveals that you don't quite grasp how your economy works.
@MattWalshBlog Stop already this hysterics. Nobody ask boots on the ground. US in 1994 sighed defense memorandum in exchange for nukes. Ukrainian can defend themselves, they need weapons, political pressure, sanction and freezing Russian assets in western banks. That's it. End of the story.
@MattWalshBlog I respect your premise but I have some serious question(s): If Putin is rebuilding the Soviet confederation, when do we stop the same type of appeasement that led to the fall of Czechoslovakia 90 years ago? What happens when Azerbaijan, Armenia, Latvia, or Kazakhstan is next?
@MattWalshBlog Some random country? You mean the largest country in Europe, that we promised we would stand by if they gave up their nuclear weapons? We made it our problem when we convinced them to give up those weapons.
