Ultimately decided to scrap my camera for the YT vids (Logitech 4k Brio). I understand it's a webcam, but the quality was extremely poor even in the best lighting. Not worth £200+. Just going to use my phone in the meantime, awaiting a mount and we're good to start filming!

Completed my first YouTube video script today. Just an introduction to the channel, but it was good to get some processes in place. It's surprisingly difficult to remember what you want to say and stare down a camera! I look forward to seeing where I'll be 6 months from now.

Keep an eye out for new opportunities. Whilst it's important to improve your existing skillset, it's essential as a developer to branch into the unknown. Find something that excites you or a problem that needs solving. Let that motivation drive your learning.
