@inplainsight @FrTotleben92742 I'm aware he didn't get the chance. Hence my earlier post saying just that. I'm just playing by your rules and not assuming. Your interpretation of the Bible is your authority. I can't help that.

@inplainsight @FrTotleben92742 That was exactly my point. We can't assume the thief was or was not baptized because it is not explicitly stated. If John 3:5 is not referencing baptism, what is it referencing?

@inplainsight @FrTotleben92742 While we don't have a lot of information about the thief on the cross, we can make assumptions. However, Jesus speaks clearly on baptism in John 3:5, where he says, "Very truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.

@inplainsight @FrTotleben92742 But if you truly believed and had faith in Jesus, would you not get baptized? Not to mention the Church teaches that baptism gives you grace. That would mean you are receiving grace through baptism, an act of faith (Ephesians 2:8).

Does every couple share the same pair of red and black pajamas on Christmas Eve or does everyone have their own pair? Asking for a friend.

I’ve learned it’s more important to have a few real friends than a lot of fake friends. This summer has really pointed out the people who find time to see you.

It is a sad day for the Foxes. Charlie "Super Fox" Pendell has passed away. Charlie graduated from MHS in 1975. Super Fox was the biggest supporter of all FOXES Sports! He could always be heard cheering from the sideline. He will be greatly missed by the Foxes. RIP Super Fox! 🦊
