France has also started strengthening their nuclear arsenal for the first time in decades. Finland, Sweden and Poland have started restoring and testing bomb shelters. They have all increased their strategic reserves of wheat, barley and rye. Students and volunteers are being trained in civil defense programs. More than 2000 people have joined. It's Europe's largest civil defense drill since World War II. Russia is already destroying Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Ukraine has warned their residents to prepare for the hardest winter in its history. Prolonged power outages and water disruptions are being discussed. The government is urging people to stockpile water and power banks. India's Prime Minister has issued a deadly warning to banks. He believes cyberterrorists are plotting to destroy India's financial system. The UK's Prime Minister has urged people to stock up on food and water. The Defence Secretary believes the UK may have only 1000 days to prepare for a major war. People have been urged to be prepared to make sacrifices for the country. The IRGC is threatening to cut undersea cables in the Strait of Hormuz. The entire Middle East could spend months without the Internet. Their economies could be completely destroyed. The U.S. military is preparing to sustain essential operations without water and fuel for 90 days. They fear civilian infrastructure and supply chains could be attacked in the coming months. The Strait of Hormuz is closed. Bab el Mandeb is also closed to Saudi. Food shortages are now inevitable. Millions of people are on the verge of starvation in the coming years. Governments have already started panicking. And there is no clear short or long term solution. Human civilization is under serious threat.
