idk who needs to hear this but if ur ever feeling down, in the slightest way, go workout even if it’s just a quick 15 or 20 minutes i swear it’ll change ur whole mood
this one goes out to you, the ones who are questioning the whole God thing. just know that it’s okay to be at the place you’re at. he isn’t shaking his head at your doubt. he’s not afraid of your investigation. he welcomes your questions. he doesn’t force your trust, he earns it.
