Give students the support they need to be successful! It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just slight adjustments or additions that is better attuned to the way their brain works.

Teacher effectiveness is not greatly improved by curriculum, new programs, or initiatives. But, when teachers are respected, valued, supported, & feel like their talents are utilized, then morale increases, job engagement soars, & students benefit too!

One of my proudest accomplishments this year are the genuine relationships that have been formed in my classroom. My students are consistently checking on each other (and on me), helping each other out, and providing so much support and encouragement.
