This is one of the best arm workouts.
I had to repost. Carbs bring a lot of confusion when someone takes on dieting because they are usually correlated with REFINED carbohydrates. Remember food is fuel and carbs are so important when focusing on healthy eating.
Some times you need to see reassurance in order to understand that you can eat and be healthy. Get those second dishes and enjoy.

happy shrove Tuesday. In a bowl or blender, combine cottage cheese, oil, egg & egg whites. Add wheat germ and flour. Heat a non-stick pan and drop 2 tbsp of the mixture, cook on medium heat until golden brown.
