@hotelscomhelp From hotels.com/one-key : I read this as you will NOT lose the value of already earned hotels com reward nights and that all stamps will be converted at full value to onekeycash w/ an additional 10% of value added. Is this correct and if not pls clarify.

@subzerowolf The process you sent is the process I follow. I got it off of the Wolf webpage. The water hardness setting is set to the lowest, plus I use filtered water. Still I am prompted to descale every 7-10 days. Something is wrong.

@subzerowolf why in the world does my coffee system prompt me to descale every week or 10 days? We only make about 5-6 servings of coffee per day and I use filtered water to descale.

Laughable that @RenttheRunway would give me only a partial refund for a complete fail on their part. First dress torn and unwearable, replacement dress sent to an address 2500 miles away from me, 3rd dress received 2 days after my event, no return label added to bag. THE WORST.

@RenttheRunway Thought I would try this interesting service & rent a gown instead of buying new per usual. Dress 1 torn, unwearable; replacement dress 2 sent to wrong address - never arrived, 2nd replacement dress arrived this morning. My event was 2 days ago. Unbelievably bad!!
