@AmazonHelp Have done that twice already! Apparently once the complaint leaves this social account it enters a black box and dies! Assign one support executive who can access the shared product images n process my refund!

@AmazonHelp I would like to stop receiving automated responses from your team that is clearly clueless about the issue! Would like my refund for rs 4k that’s pending with @amazonIN since 18th nov!!!!!

@AmazonHelp I don’t think you can approve or disprove of refund for a wrong product! That was the law last time I checked! This case needs to be reopened and reinvestigated!! Share the product pictures I shared with your special team and explain the logic! I’d like to understand!!

@AmazonHelp How is order id digits personal information?! Instead we could focus on issuing the refund that’s been held for 1.5 months

@JioCare Also, do your stores even have working numbers or are you in denial about that too?!! 2 different stores have confirmed that there are no phones at stores! This is the 5G digital process you are operating on!

@JioCare This is amazing. One can buy a new sim from any ID under the sun but the same ID won’t get you a duplicate SIM!! Amazing process guys!!!

For simple tasks like blocking lost sim and issuing duplicate sim it’s taken 4 days! @JioCare @reliancejio Store Amrapali Royal store, indirapuram! Can not even click the picture of the id proof correctly!! Result is sim still not active still need to revisit the store!4G speed !
