4NE1 Gen 4 is already making its mark on the world stage. 🤖
Today, we unveiled the next generation of our humanoid robot on two major stages.
First, at the opening of the TUM RoboGym powered by NEURA in Munich, built in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich and TUM MIRMI. The RoboGym is where companies teach robots real-world tasks, with partners from all kinds of industries already training there since September.
This is also where 4NE1 Gen 4 builds its experience. At its core is Neuron AI, our foundation model for Physical AI, learning from real-world robot data collected across our NEURA Gyms, as well as from human demonstrations and simulation.
And Munich was just one stop on the journey. Earlier today, 4NE1 Gen 4 was already in action at NVIDIA GTC in Berlin, where Jensen Huang left his signature on the robot. Tomorrow, the journey continues in Lugano. 🦾
Designed to work with people. Built to work in the real world. With a slimmer, lighter body engineered for series production and a soft black textile skin that gives it a more approachable appearance, 4NE1 Gen 4 brings together human-centered design and industrial ambition. It represents our next step toward humanoid robots that move beyond the showcase and into everyday working environments.
At our NEURA Gyms the new robot is already learning and performing real-world tasks every day. Physical AI is real - and as of today, one step closer to reality.
We found a way to scale humanoid control that reduces GPU-hours by more than 1000×.
Across 129,514 motions, SuperMimic surpasses the state of the art (128 GPUs, 7 days) with 1 GPU in 3 hours.

Powerful performance to serve and guard you, with a maximum endurance of approximately 8 hours.
Please use the robot safely and in a friendly manner.
Elon Musk’s Terafab is rapidly building out its semiconductor supply chain
Tesla + SpaceX are now in talks with around 10 South Korean chip suppliers, with more than half already signing NDAs
The talks cover:
• Chipmaking materials
• Process equipment
• Valves + piping
• Testing components
• Advanced packaging
And this is only the beginning
Terafab’s first phase alone represents $16.8B+ of investment, 3,000 jobs and a planned 100 MILLION sq ft semiconductor facility in Texas
Elon has already described the scale:
“The value of Terafab's output will place it in the top 20 of country GDP in a single building”
Tesla needs chips for autonomy + Optimus
SpaceX needs chips for satellites + orbital compute
SpaceXSI needs enormous amounts of intelligence infrastructure
Terafab is where all of that starts converging into one massive manufacturing system
Eka Robotics has raised $150M to teach robots to handle the physical world through vision and force feedback.
The speed in this demo is striking. But watch the missed grasps, too. The robot quickly adjusts and tries again.

Stanford researchers did it again.
They made language models 31× faster.
Right now, every major AI, from ChatGPT to Claude, writes exactly the same way. It guesses the next word. One token at a time. Left to right.
It’s like writing an essay on a typewriter while looking through a straw. It is computationally exhausting and incredibly slow.
Some labs tried to fix this with "diffusion models”, generating everything at once and polishing it over and over. But that requires massive compute and endless denoising passes.
A team from Stanford just dropped a paper that kills both methods.
It’s called "Next-Concept Modeling" (NCM).
Instead of predicting the next word, the AI predicts the next concept.
It generates text exactly how a professional writer drafts a book. Coarse to fine.
First, it generates a high-level conceptual outline of the entire sequence. Then, in parallel, it fills in the precise words and details across the whole document at once.
The results are staggering.
• Generates text up to 31x faster than current diffusion language models.
• Requires drastically fewer computing steps to reach high-quality outputs.
• Actually outperforms traditional step-by-step models on complex reasoning tasks like Sudoku.
AI is no longer blindly typing word by word, hoping the sentence makes sense when it reaches the period.
It is conceptualizing the entire thought before it opens its mouth.
My first time filming the GALBOT ET1, and I was impressed by how naturally it dances.
The fluidity and coordination make this a fun one to watch.
