This is also true of journalism support organizations, which is why we try to model a culture worthy of replication at the American Press Institute. It was one of my commitments from Day One. It’s an essential part of building healthy news organizations and a healthy industry.
Appreciate this so much. If we’re planning what journalism for the future looks like, we have to consider how orgs work internally as well as externally.
