Hear me out, collegiate swimming should introduce a decathlon style event for dual meets. Each team puts one swimmer in 10 events. The results are benchmarked to the NCAA record and only the overall winner receives meet points. Could be fun to watch, especially in close meets.

That was an incredible swim by @leon_marchand in the 500 free. His time of 4:02.3 breaks his own record by ~1.5%, but equally impressive is he did it with between 5-8 dolphin kicks off every wall. #ncaasd

400 LCM freestyle split analysis for the world record times of Summer McIntosh, Ariarne Titmus, and Katie Ledecky. McIntosh was ahead of WR pace the entire race. @SwimCoach_Brent @SwimmingCanada
