There was a mountain of evidence of fraud in the trial. It's striking that Nathan chooses not to ask her about any of that. Was it an artistic choice because the evidence would preclude the film existing in that intriguing she said/she said -innocent/guilty space. Or did they have a legal agreement that he couldn't include it since they came to him looking to collaborate on a film?
