@Uber_India @dkhos @PrannoyRoyNDTV Again booked the cab and its again 13 mins wait. Finally got into a Cab at 9.36am and estimated time to reach office is at 9.24 am. Vision is important but what about Customer satisfaction.. its like drawing in the air without paper or tool...
