@sekitsuii This is the diet I aim to achieve! I’m slowly getting there, having an ed has definitely made me less picky

I went on a bakery date with my girlfriend today. We are sort of doing a Valentine’s Day-athon! The bakery we went to was showing Heated Rivalry, but we sort of focused less on the movie and more on trying many things from the menu. Cals don’s count on dates!

Okay I just need to not sneeze, breathe , talk, eat, or drink and I should be fine! Anyways my weight fluctuates like crazy so I just say I’m in the 103-100lb range now (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) maybe I’ll do a body check as a treat

During the school week I try to have more balanced meals compared to when I work because my nutritional intake seems to just be carbs sometimes </3

So a lot of “safe” foods to me are just foods I can see the calories for, but this has become quite the expensive habit…anyways I’m trying cinnamon waffles tomorrow!!

Asking for advice…do you guys think it’s more important to not have more calories or to make sure you hit a high protein goal? I’m trying to plan my last meal for today and I can either be 100 cals under or be just about at my limit if I get some protein in

I always feel the inclination to run and hide from edtwt if I feel I’m eating normal but I find comfort in others when they post their normal eating days I refuse not to be proud of how far I’ve come

What are some of ur weird ed rules? For me,I don’t necessarily have a cal limit on the food I eat, I just need to know how many cals it is. Like I’ll have a 500 cal chipotle bowl but since I know the exact cals I can manage it into my budget so it fine
