Ok so need recommendations for Podcast programs and equipment (mics, headphones, etc) We had a string of episodes that I felt sounded good and then a string of ones where I didn’t realize until editing that the raw sound isn’t nearly the quality I would like #podcast #sound

Whenever I get back into a good routine I realize how much I miss and love it. There’s an odd comfort in having spaces in the day/week dedicated to something that makes it easy to be in the “now” - to let go of weight of everything outside of that bubble

“Zen” is a funny thing. When you’re stressed and worried, letting go and accepting things as they are seems like it would only make things worse. When you finally do, the peace and clarity of mind that comes with it makes the situations so much easier to handle.
