@MichaelGiberso3 How do the grids, markets and states interact? Doesn't deregulation occur on a energy market level?
@MichaelGiberso3 Nice and mostly regulated here in Oregon (utilities are still vertically integrated and own their own generation, and no retail choice for residential), and my power costs about 1/3 of what it would one state south. Few complaints here.
