@VOXI_UK @CostaCoffee Why are you still promoting this offer when the codes available were all used before the end of the first day (17th) of the offer?

@BlueBayTravel Don't deflect the point I am making. It's an additional £675 to change the flights, I expect to pay that. But I've also been asked for £100 (£50pp) amendment fee to make the change. I have been told that in two phone calls and in an email. No admin fee payment, no date change

@BlueBayTravel I have an email from Vicky on 2 Sept stating you would need to collect £100 to change the date of our holiday.

@lovecitykitchen Why have you changed the katsu curry recipe, you've ruined it?

@nextofficial I've returned a number of sale items (Serpentine Green) and just checked my receipt to find that I've been charged for one of those items again rather than have it refunded. Have I really got the hassle of going back in to shop to get this error corrected?

@VirginMoney The online activation is not accepting my phone number and I have tried calling 0800 633 5045 and 0800 011 3210 to activate my credit card but both numbers are dead. How do I get in touch with you?

@Virgin_TrainsEC my partner has booked train from Peterborough to London next Wednesday. He has not been able to reserve a seat. His leg is in a splint and he is on crutches or in a wheelchair with an extended leg. He can't stand for 45 minutes. Can you help?
