Would @jet2tweets kindly let us know BEFORE sending us home from Gran Canaria 1 week early without explanation what the compensation package is rather than expecting us to contact Customer Services upon our return which are impossible to get through to. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from @easyJet after being on hold for 2hours 15mins. Outbound flight cancelled and refuse to give any information or refund on return flight. Your loss is @jet2tweets gain. Won’t be using @easyJet again.
