@ShokzUSA Probably substand products with poor battery life. Don't believe the battery life claims. I have been told by customer services that those claims are only applicable on low volume and inside. So I am stuck with stupid headphones that have a battery life of an hour.

@ShokzGB @EliudKipchoge The headphones have gone down hilbig time. I had a pair for years and year which I lost. I purchased a new pair and on my third replacement. Second one since June has failed again. 1 hour batter life. What is he point in that!

@ShokzUSA @ShokzGB asking be to return at my one cost and they will refund via PayPal. They are unable to provide a prepaid label... however their return proceas on the website says they will provide a prepaid postage label. What a load of BS. But the cheaper alternatives
