هر عقل سلیمی حتی بدون ذره‌ای دانش حقوقی می‌داند که بازداشت موقت نمی‌تواند یک سال به طول بیانجامد. حقیقت این است که آنچه در مورد #نیلوفر_حامدی و #الهه_محمدی در حال وقوع است، اعمال مجازات از سر کینه و انتقام است؛ فقط بهانه‌های قانونی و حقوقی‌اش هنوز بصورت کامل مهیا نشده است!
